Where do you ship to?

Within Portugal, the UK and a selection number of European destinations. 

Shipping times depend on your location. If you live in Lisbon, you’ll get it faster than if you live in the Açores. Customers in Portugal will receive the package a little earlier than customers in other parts of the EU & the UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer Portugal domestic shipping & a selection of European countries at the checkout.

Do you offer expedited/express/same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, this option is currently unavailable due to its impact on the carbon footprint.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Do I get a tracking code for my order?

We opted for a cost-effective alternative to offer you the most reasonable price, no tracking code will be provided. 

You will receive an email notification that your package has been shipped and an estimated delivery time.

All taxes and duties are included. No extra fee.

Outside of European Union

You may be exposed to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches your resident country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be
