Due to hygienic reasons, we only refund/replace damaged, broken, and defective product(s). Product(s), especially toothbrushes with used bristles, will not be eligible for a refund/replacement.

You can use headlines such as Refund Request: Name and Date of Purchase, Your Order Number.
Please also notify us in the email your preference: Either a refund or a replacement.
#3 Refunding Process
After inspecting the damaged, broken, and defective product(s), we will credit the payment to the credit card used to make the initial payment. The refund will be issued back to your card within 3-5 workdays.
Due to different banking systems, the processing time might vary.
